1.Product Description

Smooth or fabric surface, made by extruded or mandrel.
Specialized manufacturer and trader for air hose in China.

It's reinforced by high tentile textile cords, made by good quality sythetic rubber, reinforced with high strengthen fabric. It's very flexible and durable. Use for compressor air, civil engineering etc.

For extruded air hose, we can make from 1/4" to 2", max 100 meters per coil.

For mandrel air hose, we can make from 1/2" to 2", max 100 meters per coil.

Tube: Black sbr/NBR - oil mist resistant
Reinforcement: High tensile steel cords
Cover: Yellow sbr - abrasion and ozone resistant - pin pricked
Application: High pressure compressed air designed for heavy duty mine and quarry applications where long service life and maximum safety is required.
Safety factor: 4: 1
Temperature: -30° C +80° C (-22° F +176° F)
